Delivery

Orders received by 12 noon will be dispatched on the same day. Orders after that time will be dispatched the next working day.
All orders have standard FREE DELIVERY. This will normally take 2-3 days to arrive from dispatch.

Shipping & Returns

If you wish to return the item purchased you may do so for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. You will need to return the item at your own expenses, securely packaged and in its original packaging.

Faulty Goods

We do our best to ensure that your item arrives safely, however should the product be faulty or damaged we will happily replace the item or provide a full refund upon proof of the damage or fault. Goods should NOT BE RETURNED without prior agreement with us.

Cancellation

You may cancel an order placed, however if you have already received an email confirming your item(s) have been dispatched then you will have to return the unwanted items at your expense following the guidelines above.
